El Trabucador, 10 km from La Ràpita, is one of the most representative beaches of the Ebro Delta. It is an unspoilt beach from which you can bathe in two seas, one in Els Alfacs Bay and the other open to the Mediterranean. Thisis due to the so-call El Trabucador bar or isthmus, a long tongue of land that connects with La Banya Peninsula, farther to the south. The watersin the bay are shallow, making them ideal for family bathing and water sports, such as kitesurfing or windsurfing. The beach is famous for its sunsets, which are said to be unique in Catalonia.
